DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP)

We are immediately seeking compassionate, professional and dedicated Direct Support Professional's to work at our Residential Group Home Program for adults with Developmental Disabilities. As a qualified candidate you must be flexible and have at least 1 year experience working with or caring for adults requiring some level of living assistance.  Have a valid Drivers License, and be able to pass a background check. 

We offer First Aid, CPR, Medication management, and TOVA certification.  You will need a current TB Test. 

We are hiring for our:

Every other Saturday & Sunday 7am to 7pm.

Every other Saturday & Sunday 7pm to 7am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

QMHP A/C and T

​

Must be a registered QMHP for Adult/Child with State regulations followed.

The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP A/C & T ) shall provide Mental Health Skill-Building services to adults in the community to maintain placement in the home and community.

Implementation of an individualized service plan based on client(s) needs.

Provides case management services (indirect services) as needed.

Provides all required assessments, reports and services plans on time in agency format that meets the needs of the client and referring agency.

Provides coordination between various agencies in accordance with case management principles.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of service provision.

Pay: Commensurate with education and experience.
